A meeting of the adventurous eaters club!

As it was mentioned at our orientation in Bloomington, both students and instructors would be challenging themselves to be more adventurous and try new things, especially when eating.

Today at Casablanca, students had to choose between the "safe" lasagna, the unfamiliar version of fish (complete with head, tail and EYES!), the even more "foreign" eel and... the completely unknown (and never to be sampled again)manitas de cerdo or as we call the in English, pig's trotters! While most students instinctively ordered lasagna, a few daring individuals tested the boundaries of their culinary palates - and we have the photos to prove it!
